guys, i really believe that this is a card problem.
i sent my gigabyte gtx 770 to warranty (not reached gigabyte yet.) those who have recently bought the card should do the same.
i have a test for you guys. this helped me to have more sure that my card was faulty.
download the Unigine Heavens benchmark:
http://unigine.com/products/heaven/
use the following config:
API = DIRECTX 11
QUALITY = ULTRA
TESSELLATION = EXTREME
ANTI ALIASING = X8
RESOLUTION= (max possible)
FULLSCREEN
VSYNC=OFF
stereo and multimonitor disable.

let the software runs in loop for at least 3 hours or until you get a error that will closes the program. Once you get the error you must start to play battlefield 4 and you will see that you will have the getdeviceremoved error in the first 2 minutes.
that because the benchmark crashes the directx just like the bf4 and once this happens you wont be able to play dx11 games until restarts or run a opengl game.
PS: i did the same with another VGA and no error. my friend did the same using my VGA and get the error.
PS²: this is what happens with me at least...
This error doesn't seem to be graphics card dependend. People with differend cards (and brands) have this problem, both AMD and Nvidia. Also, BF4 is the only game this happens with. Other games run fine.
Maybe your problem is slighty different. Heaven Benchmark doesn't crash for me.

I ask you that because i can run the heavens several times before it crashes (just like bf4).
Others brands and cards can be faulty. (amd or nvidia)
