DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

I actually had none of the issues until the latest battlelog update.... now the transition from battlelog to the game locks up and then this error

no this is not a GPU issue other wise there would be issues with games outside battlelog, with a similar issue, so far I have heard of none.

EA needs to step up, in game bugs is one thing but being unable to play?, I guess theyll be giving out another free game soon
