lieke the Error text says:

THIS ...SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND FIXED!
The EA chathelp is absolutly useless they just give some bad ideas that you should check ..so you have to reboot for a proper check...and so they just close the ticket without doing nothing at all.
They should at least have a clue how to help people...
Any comments from EA lately?...at least someting?
