DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

Let me tell you what I have tried

1-DX reinstalling

2-update driver used the 13.9 and latest beta 13.11 beta 9.5

3-my rig meets the recommended reqs

4-upark all cores

5-the user.cfg thing

6-I downclocked my card to 500 still got the same error

Now I am out of options really
