DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

[Removed offensive comment - Admin.] You didn´t fix it in BF3!, even tough there were thousands who had the same issue... And making a new bf with the same **bleep**! How dare you ! really, how dare ...

Here is my solution for dx crashes(gtx680 sli). Just lock FPS to 60 in user.cfg

gametime.maxvariablefps 60  

I can play on ultra , 1920x1200 even though a have only 2GB of VRAM.

    After searching the web for 2 weeks a got a solution (instead of the undervolting grab).
    It's a driver issue!
    There are 2 solutions:

    - Reinstall Windows

    Or try (worked for me)

    - Download driverSweeper from guru3d: http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html
    - Boot to windows recovery mode
    - Run DriverSweeper to delete all display driver files from amd or nvidia, also reset windows update defaults
    - Boot windows
    - Reinstall newest display driver
    - Have fun

        Need  for speed revival Direct x

        My card  Nvidea 660 GTX

        I have search  for weeks  for  this  problem , evrything try what is posted in the internet .

        I play now 5 ouhrs in once -  all what i did  is ..

        Download  --

        GeForce Experience for Nvidea

        Make the game search in this prog -when its not find , them choose the path where youre game exist.

        Go on need for speed revival and on the right side in this Prog --Go  for settings  (game), and set  youre grapic card  on the middle .

        Some one posted this solution , here in this forum with a user.cfg in the folder Installer from the Game .

        i dont need this to  do

        Hope its  solve  youre problem also
