DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR("The driver encountered a problem and was put into the device removed state.")
GPU: "AMD Radeon R9 200 Series", Driver: 13.12(13.251-131206a-166389C-ATI)
I have 3 solutions for dxgi_error_device_hung that works for me GTX 680 sli
1. if you have 60 Hz monitor lock your fps to 60fps in user.cfg file gametime.maxvariablefps 60 or
2. downclock gpu core clock to stock , in my case 1072MHz to 1006MHz or
3. "downclock" your PCI-E from GEN 3 to GEN 2 but you will lose few fps

The first solution worked for me for around 2 hours. Then I get the above mentioned error. After this first error I get it every 2 minutes again ☹️. FPS locked to 60.
The other solution doesn't helped me ☹️
