DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

I Have the same issue when i overclock my Asus GTX 780 DCII to Boost Clock 1241Mhz & 7000Mhz Memory Clock with Asus GPU Tweak. This card is made for overclocking which i would like to do, it does run stable on stock settings (941MHz & 6008Mhz), but like I said I want to overclock my card. Hope this get fixed soon.

    It appears my issue was fixed by increasing the Voltage to my GPU and underclocking my card by 15
