Directx issue

I would like to know if Dice plans on fixing the Directx issue that I and so many other people are having with Batlefield 4?

Please do not come back to me with an attempt to fix it on my end. This is not an issue with my computer.

I've been working in the computer field for over 20 years and have done extensive research on this problem.

If this is an issue that is being worked on then that is all I want to know.
