DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occured.

Whenever I attempt to press install (after using all 3 discs) the error "DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occured." comes up. Any suggestions? All others games such as ones on Steam and in gene...

I use Ccleaner regularly.dones't fix my issue.

DX diag attached and msinfo.

Moved your post over here. Can you let me know if any of the steps in this discussion helped you out?

Also, it looks like you could upgrade to the latest build of Windows 10. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.

    nope, i did all the relevant steps before creating this thread. 

    But i fixed my issue by reinstalling my computer.
