Direcx error please help

Hello everyone,EA

everytime when im trying to play bf4, it always comes up an error on the screen, and it says:

DirectX function"m_dxgifactory->CreateSwapChain( m_device,&sd,&screen->swapChain.assignGet())"failed with DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL("The application provided invalid parameter data;this must be debugged and fixed before the application is released.").GPU:"AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series",Driver:13.11(13.25.18-131029a-164333E-ATI)

god..its so painful to write all these...

anyway... is there any solutions for this?!

plez help me thanks.

ps: I already installed the latest AMD driver(i tried beta version and latest full version), and reinstalled the DirectX 11 too

Windows 8.1 64bit

intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K

3.2 GHZ ulocked up to 4.2GHZ

RAM:16.0

 AMD Radeon HD 7950

    if you have windows 8.1 on non-english setting.

    try it

    Control panel -> Time, Language and Region -> Region -> Administrative tab

    Change Language for non-Unicode programs To English(US)

    it may solve that problem.

    in administrative tab, i only see copy settings and change system locale

    which one is it?

    Got the same issue on W7 64 bits with amd_catalyst_13.11_betav8.

    However, I do not have the following in my OS, or it is not located at the same place

    "Control panel -> Time, Language and Region -> Region -> Administrative tab

    Change Language for non-Unicode programs To English(US)"

    So, I rolled back to release drivers and give a try (if the games does not constantly and randomly crash ...)
