guys this few days always have this issue..... when im play it online and suddenly the game will crashing and pop up a box said dirext X problem...anyone know how to fix it? plaese forgive my poor english...thank you

Have you made sure your drivers are up to date? You can find the latest drivers here for Nvidia and AMD.
If you've recently updated them and are now getting the error it may also be worth trying to roll back to the previous driver to see if you get the same error.
Does it happen on certain maps?
