DLC guns that I've unlock aren't available

I just bought and a Xbox one and download my file from 360 all the guns from DLC I've unlocked are grayed out and unselectible.... WTF

    I am sorry but only the basic game as well as Premium carries over with the next generation transfer. DLC's are not included in the next generation upgrade.
