DLC not recognized, unable to connect to servers

After playing perfectly fine earlier in the day any server I try to load on the Xbox One says "Failed to join server. Please try again." I have hard reset my Xbox, reset my router, nothing has worked...

It sounds like your premium file has been corrupted, his normally happens during a patch but can happen at other times too. Simply go back into your download history and redownload your premium file to your Xbone. Next completely close BF4 (not just minimize) and then restart it so it initializes with your premium file present. Now you should be able to access the DLC maps again.
