DLC's

Please ignore game in title bar.  This is about Dragon Age U;timate Edition.  I just bought Dragon Age ultimate edition from an Australian retail bricks and mortar store.  The box says it includes all the available DLC's.  When I got it home and removed the shrinkwrap the card inside had codes to unlock the DLC's from my account.  However in the fine print it says that the code is only for use in Europe.  What's the deal here?  Can I still use this or not?  It also says that it is for one use only.  I have just lost my computer for an indeterminate period and have a loaner.  I do not know when I will get my computer returned.  My point is that I have paid for this game legally and I am entitled to play it, but if this is a one time use thing how do I get my DLC's back when i get my computer or a replacement back or for that matter if I have another failure.  The company policy is to ALWAYS factory reset machines that are sent for repair regardless of what that repair may be (in this case the CPU/GPU fan died).  If you deny them this they simply refuse all warranty repairs and return computers unrepaired.

First off, you have posted this in the wrong section, but I will still try to help you.

As far as it only being available in Europe, I don't know why this would be.  However, as far as the one time use, this is because otherwise people could give the code away if it was valid more than once.  But once you redeem it on your account, it is tied to you account, and can be used on as many PCs as you want.  I have reformatted my PC multiple times, and have been able to get EVERYTHING from my Origin Account everytime.  You can download the game, etc on as many PCs as you like, but they are only playable when you are signed into an account with those games on the account.  For example, say I have Battlefield 4 on my PC and a friend comes over.  He can log onto his Origin on my PC and play as himself without having to do anything else, or download anything.  He only needs to have Battlefield and the other content tied to his account.
