Do i have to start over when i buy origin acces BF4 Premium

I have battlefield 4 , if i buy origin acces, wich includes Battlefield 4 premium edition. Do i have to unlock everything all over again when i play the premium version?

    If you play in the same platform and the same account you haven't to unlock again, multiplayer stats and stuff unlocked will remains
