Premium is only for Multiplayer mode. Also, make sure you downloaded premium content.
To play Multiplayer in Battlefield 3 you need to have Xbox Live Gold. Also, I found your Battlelog profile and I don't see any soldiers there. It looks like your Xbox Gamertag is not linked to your EA Account. Can you please make sure that your Xbox Gamertag is linked?
