Do not have BFV Enlister Offer weapons despite pre-ordering

I am a PC player that pre-ordered BFV back in 2018 at some point, as far as I know I got everything else from the pre-order that was advertised such as the airlifts, etc as well as everything else ad...

@stogentine Contacting customer support at help.ea.com is your only option since nobody here on AHQ can view or grant account entitlements.I recommend to use the "call me" function as I normally have better results when I can speak directly with a person.
