Do not have BFV Enlister Offer weapons despite pre-ordering

I am a PC player that pre-ordered BFV back in 2018 at some point, as far as I know I got everything else from the pre-order that was advertised such as the airlifts, etc as well as everything else ad...

@stogentine You could try escalating it with support, but from the part you've quoted it may be that it's not something they can help with any more.

Out of interest did you receive the weapons originally by downloading the necessary DLC pack, or was it that you never got access to the DLC?

    @stogentine Not sure if this will work in that case, but try searching the store for the Enlister DLC as you might just be able to download it. If you can't then I think you'd need to persevere with support, I just don't know if that'd get you anywhere either unfortunately.
