I have this issue too. And they tell i don't have the DLC but my Origin show my DLC is unlocked and my Battlefield V have those content. Only Battlefield 1 has this issue. And i have tweeted them again but they has not replied yet.
Just make sure if you really have the required add-ons download and installed which should include the 5 weapons for BF1.
As you're on PC, check your store for different name related things like "Battlefield 1", "Battlefield V", "BF1", "BFV" or anything else BF1/BFV related and check all that displays in the store.
On console for example it's a completely seperate pack to download after the pre-ordering, to get the 5 BF1 weapons.

There is no download button on the add-ons It only said it is unlocked.
@Jacky10X-O do you still have BFV installed as well? If you do, did you not play it in a long time? Maybe if you boot up BFV once again it could trigger BF1 to recognize the preorder pack.
