Do not have BFV Enlister Offer weapons despite pre-ordering

I am a PC player that pre-ordered BFV back in 2018 at some point, as far as I know I got everything else from the pre-order that was advertised such as the airlifts, etc as well as everything else ad...

The twitter does not reply. So i have contact them through the live chat.

They check my account and i got the answer that they do not have the option to grant those weapons to my account. 

But they said they will take it as feedback to seniors or something else?

I really hope they pay attention to this problem

The DLC list that it is including 5 Enlister Offer weapons in Battlefield 1 but we cannot get it. (It is missing DLC content)

    @Jacky10X-O Hm, ok 🤨

    Well, but as i mentioned previously above ^^. Did you for sure check that there is no special add-on missing to install for this?

    Maybe check in store again by searching for it or check available add-ons to the installed game.

    Cause on console its not only the Enlister Edition to install. It's actually also a seperate pack with the guns too.

    Ok, seems to be so on PC.

    I just know on counsel we had to download seperate packs then.
