Do stats transfer from Xbox 360 to Xbox One? What about Premium?

I was wondering if my stats transfer from Xbox 360 to the Xbox One version of the game. Also, what about Premium service? Will it be accessible on Xbox One if I own it on Xbox 360? What about vice ...

    Sorry, we don't have any transfer system in place for Hardline. Each environment is separate.

I was told by Xbox Live Support to wait a full 24 hrs for stats to transfer.

Apparently Xbox live support has no clue about the issue. Great, theres a waste of my money have to start all over again.
