Dog tags missing bf1

I've played both Battlefield 3 and 4 and have not unlocked the exclusive dog tag for being a veteran member. Also I've played 3 consecutive days and played games and games of operations and still have not unlocked the battlef estate dog tag and camo for the mp-18

About the Weapon Skin: if you did that what needs to be done, so you'll get the Skin! But after Battlefest!(28.Nov.)

The BF Veteran Dogtag is not unlocked yet, for nobody!
Could maybe still take a while!
