dont have serial key

Battlefield bc2 the game is asking me for a serial key but I don't got one I bought the game on origin back in 2021 can I please get a new serial key?

    i got into the game and i reset my password im fine now i was logging in on the wrong account

    I can see this game is still on your account. Are you sure you're logging into the right one? If you are, try the steps here for clearing the Origin cache. Let me know what happens. Thank you!

    i never got a serial key.. had it on ea.. and even bought it just now.. still no serial key.

    @EA_Aljo hello i have the same issue with the serial key and have the game on ea play for steam.

    @cazztat 

    You shouldn't need the serial key once the game is purchased. It should be playable from your game library.

    I bought the game on steam before, but the game does not have a serial code, what should I do?
