i got into the game and i reset my password im fine now i was logging in on the wrong account
Purchased the game via Steam last weekend, unable to play multiplayer.
Managed to get a bot in a livechat who told me to link the steam & EA accounts, which was done (however the instructions provided are not working in my case, "install the app and it will ask you to link the accounts" did not happen. Instead they were linked through the add friends function. On the EA website, the correct steam account is inked).
No change, still no code, no information.
Opened a case (well actually several, by mistake, closed all but one), with attached proof of concept. It is not clear if this actually helps - did anyone get this resolved? How? Was the game added in Origin or did you get a code or did it simply start working?
Update -
got an answer back from EA support - "Please contact Steam". Who already claimed I should contact EA.
Quite a disappointing experience in 2022. Oh well money talks.
