Double XP is NOT enabled despite it saying so in the menu

Hi DICE/EA and community, 

Basically what the title says, in the main menu for BF4, it says 'DOUBLE XP IS ENABLED!", however I noticed a sudden drop in XP gains yesterday. 

I was receiving double XP until Monday night/Tuesday AEST. 

After playing a few rounds with no XP boosts, it's obvious there is no double XP.

Anyone else getting this?
