Double XP week x3 Scope for 1911
I had logged in and played at least two rounds of Battlefield 4 yesterday and have not yet received the x3 scope for the 1911. Is it delayed?

R14 Server Update
Unlocks the M1911 scope for all players
Fix for battlepack boost time not being used when playing as Commander
Fix for rank getting capped to 100 when playing as tablet Commander

Neither "equipping" it on battlelog or in-game is possible. I have played EVER DAY of the xp event so what the hell... come on. First you don't send me a Vet BP even though my vet status is 4... now you don't unlock the 1911 scope that you promised to players who played yesterday.
So basically you've screwed me out of my .44 Magnum Scope and the 1911 Scope... awesome job guys... awesome job.
Not to mention you've also just dropped the price of the BF4 Digital Deluxe edition less than 30 days after I purchased it... pretty sure there is a consumer law that qualifies that as illegal unless you refund the difference to everyone who bought it within a set time frame... just an FYI I wouldnt be surprised if it is covered by distance selling laws as origin is an online shop.
So can anyone at EA tell me, can I get my BF4 refunded then purchase it again at the lower price? as I'm not impressed that dedicated BF players who pre-order get **bleep**ed over because you decided to drop the price right after release....
Sorry but I've read that page like 4 times now and see no mention of the "R14" patch... any idea what time (GMT) it will be finished??
I guess you should have linked the "Control Room" which is where it mentions server patch R14.
Still pissed about the price change and no vet BP though... since nobody so far has ever bothered to even reply to posts about either of those issues.
In the last statement of the page it gave the link to Control Room read it and never mind about that no no ETA has been given and Veteran battlepacks all so don't have the ETA given yet we will keep you posted
