You also get: 14 superior battlepacks (those are giving skins, squad xp boosts and pieces of puzzles that will eventually unlock some new weapons). Also, you will have priority on full servers, being added in matches before standard edition owners, once there is a free slot.
What i can not tell, is if the pre-order weapons and dogtags (present in the now gone Ultimate and Deluxe Editions) are in Premium Pass (my copy is an Ultimate Edition, so had a lot of things included), or some of the content from the Revolution Edition (battlepacks, dogtags)
@ivrognard, the pre-order items like the Hellfighter, Red Baron and Lawrence of Arabia Pack are now a part of the Revolution Edition.
The black dogtags are free for every Premium Pass owner.
