Download Error 7049:400

Whenever I try and download BF3, It instantly goes to 100% and says Download failed and gives me this error:

ERROR

HTTP Bad Request

Please check your internet connection. If the problem persists, wait and try again later because the servers may be temporarily unavailable.

Error: 7049:400

I reinstall Origin 2 times, I changed to Beta Version, I read other posts about this but nothing fixes it. It happened for the past week. I was able to download Burnout Paradise, but not BF3 or any other game. I got these games all from the Humble Bundle. Could it be that my router is unable to portforward?
