Download servers can't respond, try again later. Email may be the problem ?

Hi,

First, I don't know if this is the right section as the problem is partly about Battlefield 3, but it may be cause by Origin itself.

Today a friend told me that Battlefield 3 was free on Origin, and as I'm a fan of battlefield, I wanted to download it.

So I opened origin, I connected, and the log told me to check my email matching this account first. I ignored it and began to download the game.

At the beginning the download speed was normal, around 1 or 2 Mb/s. Then a message began to annoy me as hell, telling me that the download servers can't respond, and that I should check my internet connection. It wouldn't bother me if the download wouldn't get interrupted, so I can't do anything else than clicking a button to start the download again for a few seconds, then the message will appear again etc..

So is there any way to go on downloading BF3 without getting this stupid message ?

PS : Maybe that the fact I didn't check my email is the problem. So I tried to check it, I asked for the e-mail and I waited a few minutes before receiving it. When I received it I tried to follow the link, but when I clicked it, an origin page appears and tells me there was an error validating my e-mail. This is kinda annoying as I don't want the Origin programm to **bleep** me off again with that. Can it be the problem ? Can someone explain me how to validate my e-mail ?

Thank's

I'm having the same problem as well, though I believe that the reason behind it is that the server, distributing the files, fails to handle so many incoming connections (thinking of that this big-seller is currently free for everyone..) and not your actual E-mail.
