Dragon Pass Battlefield 4

I was just wondering after all this time with the release why I continue to have issues with Dragons Pass.  I will occasionally lose my weapons, be limited to vehicles and often times cannot see players that end up killing me without anything but their guns being seen.  I never can tell if my progress carries over as I have no choice but to return to XBOX home screen.  It has been a very irritating issue that should have been resolved since many have this issue.  Does anyone work on these issues or is it something that people, who spent the money to play, have to deal with or sell the game back to Gamestop?
