Dragons Teeth, covered by naval strike

i have bought premium for battlefield 4, and i downloaded every DLC except Dragon's Teeth, every time igo to buy it, it its text is covered by naval strike, so i when to the xbox 360 marketpalce too download it of the marketplace but, its making me pay money for it, i really want this DLC
