I have read through this thread and attempted all of the proposed solutions. None of them works. I even reinstalled the game to no avail.
When attempting to quick match chain link, it does pop up the store however, the Dragons Teeth content is not listed.
Any other suggestions?

I am having the same issue. Chainlink appears when selected takes me to a pop up showing the Store window with a Premium menu and Battlefield 4 Premium highlighted. with Naval, second assault, china rising below that, I can't purchase Premium because I already have it, it has a price of $0.00
What is this fix??

It really sucks that I have to completely shut down my system the hard way, then restart, just to get the DL to show up and work - and this happened on the previous DLs. Dumb. Sucks that I could have had this downloaded a day earlier but thanks to this glitch, that isn't the case. No wonder all the reviews about BF4 mention the glitches and hitches in this game.

For those of you who have successfully installed the dlc and possibly even reinstalled the dlc and still can't get into any matches. If it says you already own the content and it sends you to the in-game store when you try to join any match using this dlc then you will need to go to settings -> power & startup -> uncheck resume games quickly option. This option reloads all the old cached state of the game for quick reload times but there is a problem though, the old cached state hasn't recorded that the dlc has been successfully installed and unlocked, you'll need to completely shut down and restart the XB1 and the game so it will correctly recognize this fact. This should be automatically handled behind the scenes for any game that has had an install applied to it. This is a screwup on Microsoft's part. Both problems that are being described in this thread (no new dlc being displayed in the ingame store and not recognizing the install after you have restarted and installed it) are both directly linked to this single option.
If you dont show dragons teeth on your xbox one. Make sure you log into your ea or battle log account. once you do that go to settings and make sure that the xbox one "solder" is set to ative.. This was my problem when i could not get it. hope this helps
