DX 11 Crash and "Out of memory"

First time i've ever seen this crash...

120GB Samsung SSD 840 EVO (C Drive)

1TB 7200RPM 32mb cache Seagate Drive

850W XFX BES Black Edition PSU

Was on Nasha Strike... second later game crashes saying DX Error, System out of Memory.

How the hell... ? No explanation for it what so ever. Any idea's? I have all cores un parked and everything.
