Dx12 problems in Battlefield 1

I'm experiencing unplayable gameplay running Bf1 on Dx12.
On Dx11 everything works fine, processor usage and gpu usage are normal and gameplay i stutter free.

DX12 is a little odd currently, for some people it works fine and for others it causes terrible framedrops and stuttering - ultimately you would have an easier time sticking with DX11 since it performs better without any graphical difference between the two.
