@EA BF3 XBOX 360 Server connecting issues

@EA BF3 XBOX 360 Server connecting issues. All EA BF3 Users have been having issues with connecting to servers on Battlefield 3. It started with East servers, now it’s spread to West and Europe. And these are not free servers these are players rented servers. Players contact EA and the tech says that We make my claim @ EA Help site. I am not the only player having this issue it is console wide. Also we have to go through extensive lengths to join other servers as well. Such as signing in and out of the 360 dashboard to be able to connect. There is no customer support from EA it’s a disgrace that EA still takes our money and there is zero support or resolution to battlefield 3 reported issues.

Been trying for three days connected one time been through hours of troubleshooting everything is perfect I can play co-op pretty easily but multiplayer won’t even show the browsing servers anymore. It was a mistake buying this game should’ve got a different version. Wasted $30 on the game and 10 on an X box gold mark. A few years ago this thing worked perfectly what the heck happened?

I guess the weekend is not over yet... I have been experiencing the same issue in the last weeks and after double checking my internet connection and all possible related stuff I see everything is working but the connection to the BF3 EA servers (xbox360 user from Italy). What really makes me upset is that I am paying for a service I am not getting. Can you please provide a solution?

Just heard from some fellow gamers that this is now world wide issue for months and there have been no real attempts by EA to fix it. On top of that, they are going to be attempting to launch Battlefield 6 in october this year. If they can't do a simple fix on their previous game, why would I invest in possibly the same problematic game? SOunds like they nolonger value their customers needs.
