12 years agoI have also received an invalid error message when trying to redeem my code from conference. I am currently on hold with Sony Support, but the hold times are massive. Can EA check our codes and provide us with alternatives? Like check our code through an email? Because I can provide all of my information as well as my Playstation Network ID to validate that I have not been able to redeem it. This is disappointing.

12 years agoI was nervous ever since they said it was shipping seperately from the game, when I recieved it via email I was suspicious that it wasn't going to work out. My game of course came on an official voucher and worked fine, can't say the same for my email voucher code. I imagine all of us could provide enough information to validate our stories, however the trouble is disappointing. Good luck with support over the phone, I don't know if I have the patience for that at the moment.
