EA Kindly help me to get unbanned from BF4DB plugin for something I didn't do !
Hello everyone.
I'm really really disappointed because I didn't get unbanned from bf4DB plugin.
Back to mid-september my brother used to access my pc and download some hacks for bf4. He always mod / hack everything.
I've explained to bf4db staff but they won't remove my ban from their list.
The point is that I almost never play this game. I barely play it once/twice per month with friends. This game has been spectacular. the reason why I decide to spend a couple of hours to this game it's because it is worth it. and also it is unacceptable that I spent 60 euros base game + 50 euros for the premium pass and now because of a useless plugin and a useless brother I can no longer connect to the game? are we serious or what? You can ask all of my friends who I play with, they all will say that I am a noob, easy life with frag bullets and a super camper and hate those who camp in the attacker chopper.
Now, I'm begging you to let me join again and spend an evening to this game !

If you've already raised a case to the Terms of Service team on this issue and they've declined to overturn the sanction there is nothing further that can be done, the Terms of Service team have the final say on these matters.
