So I got ea play on steam, launced the game and it asked me for a license key which I was not given one, then I couldn't get past the main menu. Also It asked me to login, and once I logged in with my ea account, it asked for the key, yet again.

@SankoolYT Can you check if you are able to see your CD Key in steam?

1. In the game list on the left, right-click the game name
2. Click Manage
3. Click CD keys

Yes, I have tried and it won't give me an option to get the key, unlike need for speed (which I have bought); which gave me the key and it has given me a key for that one (so i can play online in that game).

@FreezyCheeks Steam also tells me to contact them, since steam says that they don't provide the keys, even though a friend of mine, who has battlefield 4, got a key for his copy

@SankoolYT Wanted to give a quick update, we have seen some reports about this with a few different games. We have shared this information with our team and it is currently being looked at.

Does this have to do with serial keys because i cant find that at all and its very frustrating when i have been searching for it for the past hour.

I tried to contact an EA advisor twice. Yesterday the first one tried to manually add the game and DLC's I bought on Steam to my Origin account. Which should be the solution if I read the comments. This didn't work. Probably due to some technical issue.
Tried contacting again today and chatted with a different EA advisor. He said he can't help me and I should contact Steam. Just contacted Steam and they say to contact EA.
So yeah, I'm pretty lost right now...

@EA_Illium Seems the EA advisors are not instructed on how to handle this issue. I have had no luck getting a serial key or having them manually add the game to my Origin library.
