EA please remove my BF4DB ban now

During last few days I was banned by BF4DB.

The whole incident started after I had made a Battlelog post, disencouraging hack usage.

In my article I had specificly told everybody to not ever hack because it ruins the gameplay.

I have seen hackers being dominating on maps like Locker, but disappearing after awhile.

Most likely been banned for hacking. This made me to seek youtube for videos where the

hackers had been recorded and it explained well to me how the hacks seem to work.

Hacks give an unfair advantage over other players who do not hack. This is why the moral

of a gameplay is very much damaged by constant hackusations towards players, started

kick votes and suspections thrown at loud all the time.

My point was and still is that to me the hackers and the feeling that someone hacks anyways

makes the gameplay somewhat bitter for all. It makes the atmosphere of the game not fun

anymore.

Now, after I had posted this message someone sent an BF4DB ban report out of me.  Then,

consequently BF4DB had banned me for hacking. Which is not true as I have not been hacking

one time. "NicoleKidman69" has not been banned by Fairfight nor Punkbuster and that means

that there is no ground for establishing a ban for them so that should not be the case for BF4DB

either.

When I do exercise my freedom of speech and if then I do break a ToS for some reason, it is the

sole responsibility and right for the place of venue to block me from writing more. But that has nothing

to do with banning for hacking.

If I get banned from one server or even from battlelog for what comes out of my mouth in chat or post,

that has absolutely no basis for stamping me as a hacker. I have not been caught as a hacker and

that cannot happen either simply because I am not hacking.

The BF4DB had one-sidedly and unfairly denied my appeal for the ban. The ban that had been set

on me just because someone seemingly did not like my appearance or what I type. This witchhunt

did not surprisingly disappear with the ban appeal, but instead I was treated like I was a hacker and

the support person at BF4DB almost laughed at me.

I want to rise awarness of BF4DB being an questionable and unfair system run with people who do

not have respect for EA / Dice paid customers.

How is it possible, that they can "stream" their misjudgements to almost all servers, just because

maybe server owners think that BF4DB is something like Punkbuster and Fairfight?

A player whose account has been added to ban list by this questionable BF4DB staff soon finds him/

herself not playing anywhere even though there is no Fairfight or Punkbuster true ban set. Just as

happened to my account right now.

I would like to have an explanation from EA/Dice how do they let this happen. Go see the list of servers

of Battlefield 4 listed at BF4DB. Almost every server is "streaming" their "banlist".

How is it possible that by unfair grounds, without having been hacking, just by talking and exercising

free speech am I blocked from servers that the EA/Dice lists thru their game that I had bought with money?

The product I bought is being taken away from me because I cannot play it. EA provides the server lists like

they were part of the product. Where does EA moral and legal limits go? Do you not have any power over

sites like BF4DB? How can it let servers to be added to it list of stream which is then consequently downloaded

by most of EA BF4 servers?

I urge EA to see my case and lift my ban from BF4DB because it is invalid. I want to play BF4 and I have paid for it.

If you cannot keep sites like BF4DB in leech then it is a shame. However, please enable my playing rightaway

because you let the situation be like this, it's your responsibility to fix it.

Players who don't hack shall play, there is no excuse for that. I have a valid account, paid game, not been banned

by PB/FF and I want to play. Lift my ban from B4DB because it is unfair and has nothing to do with reality.
