Same here in Pennsylvannia, US - although server browser shows games, attempting to join any just results in a brief loading game and then back to the join screen. Also scarily my rank shows as 0, sounds like BF1 data centers need some more hamsters.
I'm in Pennsylvania too. I JUST purchased some games from EA after a self imposed boycott of their products...can't even get to the games I purchased. Now I remember why I stayed away...

I can't connect for the second day in a row. I had a glimpse of hope when I connected and all my stuff was gone. Back to Level 1. I just quit. This is pretty frustrating, especially since nobody seems to care.

Still an issue here. At least BF1 now loads the menu and doesn't get stuck on "connecting" now. But Even though the server browser seems to be working, I can't connect to any server. It'll show the loading screen and then after a few seconds go back to the server browser.
Also had random disconnect issues for the past couple of days/weeks.
Just goes to show how bad of an idea the overall server concept is. With actual dedicated servers this wouldn't be such a big issue as it is right now and was in the past. Over the whole life time of this game there have been numerous occasions where the EA servers would just tank in one way or another. Most the time when new titles launch, the BF1 servers just start crashing and lagging. Every. Time.

Having the same issue here in Missouri. Battlefield 1 doesn't want to work on my Xbox One. It takes multiple efforts to go online. Then when it does go online any attempts to play multiplayer ends in an error message "An unknown error has occurred, please try again later."
