Ea support doesn’t exist

I’ve had a total of 22 cases open for EA each advisor telling me that it’s no problem and that my case will be fixed only to never have a response again.

How do I write to EA and before you do it, don’t you post below this saying I can contact an advisor by going to blah blah blah. Cause I get nowhere with that option because your so called support advisor just ignore me after the first contact… 22 times!

An address please EA! Not the static robot useless advisors.

@Heroiczeuss You can request a live chat or a phone call but this would involve opening a new case with EA Help. I'm not aware of a postal address for them though. Alternatively you can reach out to them through Facebook and Twitter (https://twitter.com/EAHelp/ &

Usually it's not recommended to open multiple cases though, in case they're seen as spam.

This is exactly the reply I didn’t want. The reason I had to open multiple cases is that I wound be ignored and the case moved to fixed.

The support is crap and a they never get back to you. Money grabbing EA choosing cheap labour but are happy to take over a billion in ultimate team on fifa alone.

Please don’t lie to me and tell me there are support options when they are only there read of a piece of paper and act like the real thing. Simple EA doesn’t have a support page unless it’s instructions on how to press the play button in a menu.

As @ElliotLH mentioned before, if you'd like to contact with out support team you need to get in contact with one of our advisors.

Keep in mind if you open multiple tickets about the same issue those will be closed as they're duplicates. You only need to open 1 case and the support team will get back to you, as they do for every case.
