i am sorry to hear this you must contact Origin/EA support for this they will gladly help you https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press i still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you note you can not get a refund after 24 hours of game play keep that in mind

well if you played the game (not the beta beta done not count) more then 24 hours you have paset the limit of refund policy sorry
