Ea tunnel

Question

I've recently looked into my router for any way to improve my gaming on bf1 and on the port forwarding section of my bt smart hub I see it says Ea Tunnel,I haven't knowingly activated anything as to be honest I don't know how to,can someone explain what ea tunnel is and what it does,as a aside my Nat type is type two (ps4).

Not sonsure what it does,  but to remove it , disable UP P and SSDP discovery services in your computer, after that disabke UPNP in your router.

Hey... {&nbsp;@MikeGrecian73&nbsp;} did you try to call your internet providor for that... Oh and&nbsp;@1PatVach&nbsp;we are talking about PS4 and no PC...

[Am not working for EA, If is answer good pls give me XP or accept as solution.]

Yes. You are right. This is on PS4,  but you'll need a computer to enter the settings of the router,  and in the advanced setting of the network section of the PS4 you can tweak there too
