@StrawberryDiesel So very true, and I absolutely agree. I became aware of the issue with Battlefield 4 PC. It had its moments of fun, but one of its darker sides was the massive amount of cheaters and/ or exploits.
I went from console Battlefield to PC and went straight back and gave up when Battlefield 2042 was cross-play with personal computers. Cheating and/ or use of software to gain an advantage will always plague the personal computer gaming space. It's inevitable because of how its setup, basically no security.
EA could have made a fortune going back to each Battlefield and updating them with console only cross-play. The majority of casual gamers are on consoles. People that just want to pick something up and game a little then stop.
