Hey! Simple this actually happened to me, basically what happened is that I created an EA account years ago and never upgraded to an Origin account. Just log into your account on the PC/MAC and it will ask you to create an Origin ID, once you do that launch BFH on your console and it should work perfectly fine! 🙂 Let me know if you need more help!!
