Easter egg code not working

Hi @Alansaal,

Lets please slow down a bit, so we are sure that we understand your situation correctly, and where you are in the Easter Egg completion, so we can best advise you on what to do.

Its probably the most complex assignment you have in BF4, so lets take it cool, one step at a time, as by getting one of the first ones wrong, and you will not succeed with any of the following ones.  🙂

1. So do we understand you correct, that you have managed to flip the switches on the map and thereby light up all the lanterns in the temple?
2. And you manage to enter the code on the wooden pole so the lantern next to is starting to blink and send out the Morse coded signal?
3. Deciphering the lantern blinking into the correct Morse decoded message is typically where most players are getting an error here with this Easter Egg, so how sure are you that you got the right code deciphered from the lantern blinking?  And did you please keep a copy of your 3-5 minutes coded blinking signal, so we could help you check this out?  (e.g. upload it onto YouTube or similar)
4. Next is to understand that only the soldier that typed in the code at the temple on Dragon Valley will be able to use the deciphered Morse code going forward with this Easter Egg.   It is only this soldier that literally typed in the generic code at the temple that started the lantern to blink that will be able to use the Morse decoded code number.  Its personal by individual soldier.
5. And next you have to join a ranked and live game server!   I suppose that this is where you are in the Easter Egg quest, but please confirm?
6. So when you are standing directly against the middle of the water tower at A on the West side and you have waited approx. 2 minutes the button pops up and you can enter your decoded Morse code.
7. And here comes the next 'challenge' that have caused many players some agony/frustration:  Press the button and enter then rapidly in your unique code.
   You must do it rather quickly once you start pressing numbers or the keypad will disappear and you will have to wait two minutes again.
   When succeeding, it is here that you will hear the 'Promoted!' as shouted by Neebs from Battlefield Friends.    ;o)

You may say:  Yeah yeah, I know all this already... 

Just saying that most often players didn't get the deciphering of the Lantern Morse code done correctly.  So my advise to you would be to do that again if you didn't save a copy of the video when looking at the lantern blinking.
