Hi,
U mention U have reinstalled windows, so all I can think of is that there must be a hard ware issue carried from hardware U might not have changed?
Can I ask did you change ram and hard drive, if not, check hard drive with seatools , doesn't matter if U dont have a Seagate drive any failures, change drive. Then use memtest from memtest.org it creates a bootable USB that checks ram, get one of the older versions, anything red means a bad stick of ram (newer version is less obvious)
I did all of that and there is nothing wrong with my Seagate drives and my RAM I use.
When I was in the process of trying to get my Windows 7 to update last week or so I had to wipe multiple times to test hotfixes, I tried Origin battlefield 1 inbetween for the sake of it to see if it works or not and it did work once, It managed to get past that error and I could play, but fullscreen was flashing black and back to game really fast, so I tried fixes and it ended up not working at all, it was just at the bottom of the process list idling.
I don't want to constantly wipe to hope to get BF1 working.
