Elite 15 Weapons not unlocking on Battlefield Hardline

I have completed the campaign on Battefield Hardline and achieved Elite 15 but for some reason I still have the starter weapons online and nothing has unlocked

You'll have to play through online matches and gain money. You will be able to purchase the weapons with the money earned.

I'm Level 29 and I still have the starter weapons

    You'll have to purchase the other weapons from the game. Money used for purchasing isn't the real life money, it's in-game XP.

      So once I've bought all the starter weapons I'll unlock more? Does that mean I need to unlock syndicate weapons as well then?

        Yes, that's correct. Syndicate weapons have special assignments and they need to be completed first.
