Emblems I have unlocked are locked again?

When I first purchased this game... I only played it for a few weeks and than dropped it due to all the bugs.

I will say after finally getting back into it, the game has definitely become more stable. Not saying I still haven't encountered some still annoying glitches and bugs.

That being said, the one I am writing about involves the emblem creation part of battlelog...

 I have unlocked a few emblems that are now locked again in the emblem creator. A couple I can recall for sure. While a couple I swear I unlocked but could maybe be argued otherwise.

One I can prove for sure I unlocked and now is locked again is the attack chopper emblem. I know I unlocked it due to I incorporated it into my original emblem I created the first time I gave this game a chance. But now it is locked... and not only that, I can not do any editing to that said emblem. For when I save it I get an error telling me I'm using still locked emblems.

For a game I dished out over 60 bucks for, and than another 50 for premium... this is brutal. I shouldn't be rotating between random game-athons and month(s) long breaks on a game I spent over 100 bucks on. Even if I sold it the week it came out, I wouldn't have even got half of it back thanks to premium being account locked. Which is why I kept it in even the most glitchful of times.

This game has potentail and when working I love it... So how about we get it working?!
