Still no changes. We paid so much for game and u force us to buy BF V to still have emblems in BF 1.
It is not right.
Here are some screenshots.
So this is what it used to look like (emblems included - mine in the middle): and now the game only shows this:
See what I mean?
When is this going to be fixed? It has been months without an update.
Nobody's being ignored, as stated in several threads over the previous months and years custom in game emblems were disabled in BF1 and BF5. Now only the in game emblems can be used for individual soldier or platoon emblems.
- @ragnarok013 IT IS NOT TRUE! IT IS LIKE U GO TO BFV, PLAY ONE MATCH AND YOUR EMBLEM APPEARS ON BF1 AGAIN. BUT ONLY FOR 1 DAY. THEN IS GONE AGAIN. SO DON'T SAY LIES.
- @sirrush1 It's the BF5 in game emblem that shows not the custom emblem. I played BF5, BF1 and BF4 back to back 2 nights ago and the BF5 in game emblems showed in both BF5 and BF1, the custom emblem only showed in BF4.

Both "Nothing38t" and "Aktionmechanic" recently joined our platoon ingame. ( Alliance Multi Gaming ) Both players have showed me ( via Discord screen sharing ) that they are representing the platoon but they still don't get the clantag ingame. ( PC ) I am reporting this issue because it might take some time before other clans report it since there aren't many clans left that are still growing.
They see the clantag in their ingame menu's, but nobody sees it when they join a server. They have no clantag on the scoreboard or in the squad.
- @ I recently left the same clan and I stopped "representing" the Platoon and left the Platoon but it still shows the clan tags on my soldier. How do I have no clan tags?
@ragnarok013
Do you have any idea why they removed this feature in bf1 and bf5? Perhaps you can link the post by any chance?Hey there.
I recently discovered something weird this evening.
If you have Battlefield V, open the game, and go to the Platoons menu within Battlefield V, you can select to represent the Platoon and it will show up in Battlefield 1.
However, if you try to do this through Battlefield 1, it doesn't work for some reason.
So, I'm not sure if you have Battlefield V, but if you do, try representing the Platoon in that game, and see if the tags show up next to their names in Battlefield 1.

Basically what I'm saying is:
In order to change Platoon Tags, Emblems, anything of that sort, will need to be done through Battlefield V, in order for it to show up in Battlefield 1.
If you try to use the Platoon Menu in Battlefield 1, it does not work. For some reason, everything needs to be done through Battlefield V now, instead of Battlefield 1.
